Our "Ktirakia studios" are totally only four, arranged next to each other and all identically laid out and equipped. These are one-room studios with a total of almost 40 sqm of indoor living space.

The ground floor of each studio meassures almost 40 sqm with a fitted kitchen carefully equipped. Opposite vis-a-vis a dining place for four people and two comfortable single beds (of 90 x 200 cm each), positioned on the corner.
Beside that there is a bright bathroom of 3 m² with shower cabin, washbasin and a toilet.
A wooden stairway leads to the cozy attic floor with a French double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a dress sideboard and a clothes rail stand under the wooden roof slope.
With its cosiness and functionality the studios are more than a pure accommodation.
SPECIFICALLY:
The interior of each studio is spread over two levels. The living room on the ground floor has in its center the indoor dining area with four chairs.
There are two single beds on the ground floor placed on corner and measuring 90 x 200 cm each, which can also be used as a lounge sofa corner.
On a shelf above there is a mini hi-fi system with radio and CD as well as a Bluetooth box for listening Internet radio.
The built-in kitchen is equipped with two sinks, an electric stove and refrigerator, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware, as well as many utensils such as spices, coffee, olive oil (from our own cultivation), kitchen roll, Dishwashing sponge, washing-up liquid and much more
Above the kitchen and bathroom area and with access via a wooden staircase, the upper sleeping area is situated comfortably under the sloping roof, furnished with a French double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a bedside table, next to it a half-height shelf cupboard and a clothes rack with hangers. There is also a fan, which gives emphasis to the air conditioning in hot times.
In the extension to the living room is the bathroom situated, bright and friendly with two windows overlooking the garden and the sea.
In addition to a hanging toilet and washbasin, it has a shower cubicle with sliding doors, a shelf, a clothes and towel rack.
A bath rug is also available, of course fresh towels as required, as well as a hair dryer and a dispenser with hand washing lotion.
The small plan on the left shows the floor of the upper sleeping areas.
Each of the four studios has its own entrance area under a canopy with a dining table and four folding chairs.
Within the property in front of the entrance area of each of the studios there are parking spaces between the olive trees.
The individual 3 x 3 sq.m large terraces are at the front of the houses towards the sea.
The terraces of the two central studios are adjoining to each other, one situated a little bit back from the other. A flexible partition panel facilitates mutual privacy or can remain open in the event of related guests in the relevant two studios. The two other exterior studios, however, have their separated terraces.
