To ask for a reservation please call or write to us.
When you make a reservation, you will receive a provisional confirmation from us asking you to transfer 50% of the total amount to our bank account. If this deposit is not received on time, the provisional reservation will be cancelled.
The balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, half of the 50% paid up to that date will be refunded; if the cancellation is made after 21 days before the date of arrival, the full amount paid in advance will be retained by the hosts as compensation.
If the terms of payment are not fully respected, the guarantee of the reservation is not valid.
Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and from 11:00 on the day of departure.
