All the rates are valid for staying the less 2 nights.; for a single night 20 % surcharge.

Included in this rates are:
- bed linen;
- towels;
- electricity, gas, water;
- intermediate cleaning;
- final cleaning;
- some expentable items like dish soap, swam, wipe, kitchen paper, sugar, flour, spices etc.
Terms of payment:
Once your reservation is confirmed to your satisfaction, a pre-payment of 25% is requested to retain and to protect your booking. Confirmation of the reservation will be provided by us by fax, email or post (regular mail). You will be requested to make a second pre-payment of 25 % of the accommodation amount 21 days before the reservation date. Without the two pre-payments the reservation is not guaranteed. The final payment is to make by cash at the day of departure.
